
Customer Success Internship in Hyderabad

As a Customer Success intern at WEXA AI, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to ensure their success with our cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology. You will be an integral part of our team, providing support, guidance, and solutions to help our customers achieve their goals.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Customer Onboarding & Support
- Assist in onboarding new customers onto 's platform.
- Provide guidance on product setup, basic troubleshooting, and usage best practices.
- Document customer queries and escalate issues to the Customer Success Manager where needed.
- Customer Engagement & Retention
- Support the team in preparing customer communications, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, calls, and follow-ups.
- Data & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM (Zoho Bigin/other tools).
- Assist in preparing weekly dashboards and reports on customer success KPIs.
- Analyze usage patterns to highlight opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Work with implementation, product, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs.
- Contribute to building knowledge bases, FAQs, and training material for customers.
- Participate in internal discussions on improving customer experience.
- Learning & Growth
- Gain exposure to Enterprise General Intelligence (EGI) applications and how they transform customer workflows.
- Shadow customer success managers in client calls and note action items.
- Take initiative to suggest improvements in processes or customer communication.
