Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive, located in Hyderabad. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer engagement. Daily tasks include responding to client inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers maximize their use of iKeva's services. Additional responsibilities include organizing community events and networking activities, collaborating with internal teams, and continuously improving customer success processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Event planning and community-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a similar role in the co-working or workspace industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
