Role Overview

We're looking for a Customer Success Intern with a high sense of ownership to support and delight our users. The role goes beyond query resolution: you will help us build scalable solutions by identifying patterns, automating resolution paths, and streamlining operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries across channels (email, chat, WhatsApp, etc.).

Ensure quick, empathetic, and effective resolution of user issues.

Streamline support and ops workflows for faster turnaround and higher accuracy.

Collaborate with product, ops, and tech teams to relay customer insights and suggest improvements.

Track and report customer satisfaction, response time, and query categories metrics.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Analytical mindset to identify patterns and propose process automation.

Problem-solving ability with a bias for action and ownership.

Comfort with using support tools, Excel/Sheets, and basic dashboards.
