Role Description
This is a full-time, Night Shift(US), Remote role for a Customer Success Executive. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer retention, providing customer support, and handling account management. This role involves daily interaction with clients to resolve issues, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve our services.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Fresher/Experienced in Customer Support
- Proficiency in Account Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Experience in the software or HR industry is a plus
