Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator located in Pune. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, resources, and information, as well as liaising with clients to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives. The role also involves preparing project documentation, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will support the project team and ensure efficient communication among all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Project management and coordination skills, including schedule management and resource allocation.
  • Experience in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and budgets.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with sustainable and environmentally responsible construction practices is a plus.
