Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervisor, located in Pune. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising construction sites, including site supervision, quality control, and ensuring all tasks are completed according to project specifications. Daily tasks include coordinating with various team members, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. The Civil Supervisor will also be required to address any issues that arise on-site and report to the project manager.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Excellent Communication and On-Site problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
