Job Title: Civil Site Engineer / Supervisor – Biogas Plant Projects

Location: Project Sites (Pan India & International)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Civil Site Engineer / Supervisor to oversee the execution of civil works at our Biogas Plant construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with design and execution teams, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise civil construction activities including excavation, foundation work, RCC structures, and shed erection
  • Ensure execution aligns with design drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards
  • Conduct site layout marking, material inspection, and quality checks
  • Coordinate with design engineers, mechanical/electrical teams, and contractors
  • Monitor daily progress, maintain site logs, and report deviations
  • Generate and track work schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones
  • Conduct soil testing, concrete cube testing, and other field tests as required
  • Manage labor teams, material inventory, and site resources efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with environmental norms, building codes, and safety protocols
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, site documentation, and inspection records

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/bachelor's in civil engineering
  • 3–8 years of experience in industrial or infrastructure projects, preferably in biogas or renewable energy
  • Strong understanding of foundation engineering, site construction practices, and testing procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and structural layouts
  • Experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and site coordination
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, quality control standards, and construction codes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel and work at remote project sites

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in biogas plant construction, waste-to-energy, or environmental infrastructure
  • Knowledge of MS Project, or other scheduling tools
  • Exposure to green construction practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹50,000.00 per month
