Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Civil Site Engineer with experience in industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing labor and materials, ensuring quality & safety standards, and timely project completion. This role requires strong technical knowledge, team management skills, and expertise in construction processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
  • Ensure proper management of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor work progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers for smooth execution.
  • Maintain site records, prepare reports, and update project status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in civil site supervision and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to handle labor and supervise multiple activities on-site.
