Saas Sales Manager

Your Role:
As the SaaS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the performance and development of our closing team. You will own the sales strategy, manage the entire sales funnel, and be accountable for achieving the company's revenue targets. This is a critical leadership role for a hands-on manager who excels at building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Winning Team: Recruit, coach, and manage a team of high-performing Account Executives, guiding them to consistently exceed sales quotas.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy focused on acquiring new customers and increasing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Manage the Sales Funnel: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead to close, ensuring the team is effectively managing their pipeline in our CRM.
- Accurate Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Set and Track Quotas: Establish and monitor team quotas and KPIs, holding the team accountable for their results and creating a culture of success.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth and efficient customer acquisition process.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven personal track record of exceeding quotas.
- At least 2+ years of proven experience in a sales management role, specifically leading Account Executives or a closing team.
- A strong track record of leading a team to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, LTV, Churn, CAC) and how to influence them.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Expert proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
