B2B Sales Manager

As the Manager of Business Development, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts. You will lead a team responsible for creating new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and generating the qualified leads that fuel our sales engine. This is a highly strategic role perfect for a leader who excels at opening new doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), guiding them to exceed their targets for qualified lead generation.
 - Develop Market Strategy: Identify and research new market segments, verticals, and strategic partnership opportunities to drive growth.
 - Build Strategic Relationships: Forge and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, potential partners, and high-value enterprise clients.
 - Pipeline Generation: Oversee the entire top-of-funnel process, ensuring the team is building a strong, high-quality pipeline of opportunities to hand off to the sales team.
 - Set and Track KPIs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, focusing on outbound activity, lead qualification rates, and opportunity creation.
 - Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure seamless alignment on go-to-market strategy, messaging, and lead hand-off processes.
 
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or strategic sales, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
 - At least 2+ years of proven experience leading a business development or inside sales team.
 - A strong track record of building and executing strategies that generate a significant sales pipeline.
 - Experience in market analysis and forging strategic partnerships is highly desirable.
 - Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
 - Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing outbound campaigns and tracking team performance.
