Sales & Marketing Executive
who can drive brand growth, generate leads, and help us acquire new clients across industries.

Role Description

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through research, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls.
  • Present Sybeez SaaS solutions to potential clients and demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging digital campaigns and promotional content.
  • Manage CRM records and maintain accurate client data and communication logs.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in business events, online webinars, and networking sessions to promote Sybeez.
  • Work closely with the product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and enhance offerings.

Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    .
  • 1–3 years
    of experience in
    B2B sales, SaaS marketing, or software sales
    .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of
    CRM tools
    ,
    email marketing
    , and
    social media campaigns
    .
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, ERP, or business automation software is an advantage.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Experience with
    digital marketing

    LinkedIn campaigns
    , or
    lead generation automation tools
    .
  • Understanding of
    cloud-based software (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    environments.
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and close deals in a B2B environment.
