We're looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive who can drive growth through paid ads, social media, and digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL) and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design/content teams to create compelling ad creatives and posts.
  • Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO strategies for better organic visibility.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other ad platforms.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Good grasp of social media management and engagement strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in EdTech / training & upskilling industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Creative eye for ad copies and design briefs.
