PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with proven experience in managing high-ROI paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, optimising campaign performance, and driving measurable revenue growth for our digital marketing agency and diverse client portfolio.
On any given day you might
- Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads to generate qualified leads.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics including Cost-Per-Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost-Per-Acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates
- Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from 1-5 lakhs across multiple client accounts, ensuring optimal ROI and efficient spend allocation
- Conduct comprehensive A/B testing on ad creatives, copy variations, audience targeting, and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and platform-specific reporting tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Write compelling ad copy and create detailed creative briefs for the design team to develop high-converting visual assets
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, Facebook Pixel implementation, Google Tag Manager configurations, and UTM parameters for accurate attribution
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the web development team to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates and user experience
- Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies, market trends, and audience behavior to inform campaign planning
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance benchmarks and explore new advertising platforms and features
The ideal person
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing significant ad budgets and achieving positive ROI
- Google Ads certification required with advanced proficiency in Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube advertising campaigns
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising expertise with 3+ years experience in Facebook Ads Manager and preferably Facebook Blueprint certification
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience for B2B lead generation campaigns, particularly in service-based industries
- Agency background preferred with experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and meeting diverse performance targets
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling to measure and optimize campaign performance effectively
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, reporting, and campaign performance tracking with ability to create insightful dashboards
- Experience with landing page optimization, CRO principles, and understanding of how website performance impacts campaign success
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex performance metrics into actionable business insights
- Proven ability to generate massive qualified leads monthly with cost-effective acquisition strategies across different industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client presentations, creative brief writing, and cross-functional team collaboration
- Results-oriented approach with experience achieving and exceeding KPIs like maintaining sub-1000 Cost-Per-Lead and 3:1+ ROAS consistently
