We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, engage with potential clients over the phone, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for sales and an in-depth understanding of the real estate market.Key Responsibilities:
- Make proactive outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce property listings, promotions, and investment opportunities.
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and inquiries from various marketing campaigns.
- Identify and qualify sales leads by assessing clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity.
- Effectively communicate and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of various real estate properties.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits or virtual tours for qualified leads with the field sales team.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of client information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client objections with professionalism and tact.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed on real estate market trends, project details, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or sales role, with a strong preference for experience in the real estate sector.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities and the capacity to multitask.
- Resilience and a positive attitude to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- A target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
