Strategic Leadership:
- Define and implement the national retail strategy aligned with the companys vision and growth objectives.
- Drive business planning, forecasting, and budgeting for retail operations.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations of all retail stores across regions ensuring consistency in performance and customer experience.
- Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and store profitability metrics and take corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor zonal/regional managers and store leadership teams.
- Foster a performance-driven culture through effective people management and development programs.
Store Expansion & Projects:
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for retail expansion.
- Work closely with the Projects and Real Estate team for site selection, store setup, and renovations.
Merchandising & Inventory:
- Coordinate with the merchandising and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels and product assortment.
- Monitor inventory turns and reduces shrinkage.
Customer Experience & Brand Management:
- Ensure a superior in-store customer experience through training, service standards, and brand consistency.
- Integrate omnichannel strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales.
Financial Accountability:
- Drive cost efficiency across operations.
- Own and manage the P&L for the retail business.
