Outreach & Engagement Specialist

We are expanding our reach and looking for a Marketing Outreach Executive to fuel our growth by engaging potential clients through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound marketing via cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns to generate leads.
- Research and identify decision-makers in target industries (Financial Services, Manufacturing, FMCG, etc.).
- Craft personalized outreach messages to build relationships and schedule meetings.
- Maintain and update the CRM with outreach activities and lead interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers and pipeline growth.
What Were Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Strong communication & persuasive skills for engaging C-level executives & decision-makers.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM systems (preferred).
A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
