Job Description: Outreach Coordinator (World Scholar's Cup India) & Tour Director (Frontiers Edutainment)

Role Overview

As Outreach Coordinator for the World Scholar's Cup India and Tour Director with Frontiers Edutainment, the role combines academic programme outreach with event and travel coordination. It involves engaging schools, teachers, students, and parents; managing event operations across India; and supporting delegations traveling internationally for global rounds.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach Coordinator – World Scholar's Cup India

* Respond to queries from students, parents, and teachers regarding the programme

* Reach out to new schools and encourage participation in regional rounds

* Deliver school orientations to introduce the programme and recruit delegations

* Plan and coordinate regional round events, including registrations, payments, logistics, and operations

* Occasionally host and conduct regional rounds on stage, ensuring smooth execution of events

* Manage and create content for the official WSC India Instagram page to engage with the community

Tour Director – Frontiers Edutainment

* Serve as the primary point of contact between schools and the programme for global rounds

* Manage pre-trip logistics, including invitation/visa letters, certificates, documentation, and teacher briefings

* Escort school delegations at global rounds, overseeing logistics, tours, and on-ground operations

* Support delegations during travel, including airport assistance and event coordination

* Ensure smooth experiences for all participants by proactively addressing logistical and operational needs

Requirements

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with students, teachers, and parents

* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure

* Public speaking and presentation skills (for orientations and hosting events)

* Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally

* Problem-solving mindset and ability to take responsibility in high-stakes situations

* Familiarity with social media management and content creation (especially Instagram)

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in event management, education programmes, or travel coordination

* Experience working with schools or academic initiatives

* Comfort with administrative processes (registrations, payments, documentation)
