Your Role

We are seeking a Payroll Test Analyst with hands-on experience in testing HR and payroll systems, including modules such as Payroll, Workforce Management (WFM), or Workday. The candidate will be responsible for validating payroll processes, integrations, and compliance across various geographies.

  • Functional testing of Payroll systems (Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience in Payroll calculations, deductions, and compliance
  • Testing WFM modules (e.g., time tracking, scheduling, attendance)
  • Test case creation and execution
  • Defect management using tools like JIRA
  • Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing cycles
Your Profile
  • Automation testing using tools like Selenium or UFT (optional)
  • Basic SQL for data validation
  • Integration testing with HRIS and finance systems
  • Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Reporting and documentation skills
