The Payroll Manager will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, compliance, and related HR services. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations, maintaining compliance with statutory regulations, managing payroll accounting, and driving payroll system transitions. The candidate will also oversee a team, support audits, and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and support end-to-end payroll processing, including Full & Final settlements, ensuring statutory and internal compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll operations and resolution of payroll-related queries.
  • Develop and maintain payroll SOPs, documentation, and assist in internal and external audits.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations and implement necessary changes in payroll processes.
  • Plan and execute payroll system transitions, including data migration, system testing, quality assurance, and implementation.
  • Monitor payroll quality metrics, gather feedback, and implement continuous process improvements.
  • Generate payroll reports, dashboards, and MIS for management and compliance teams.
  • Manage payroll accounting, including reconciliation of payroll-related accounts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
