About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and client-oriented
Key Account Manager (Client Success Manager)
to join our growing digital marketing agency.

The ideal candidate will act as the
strategic link
between clients and our internal teams—ensuring flawless campaign execution, strong communication, and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    primary point of contact
    for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and service excellence.
  • Understand each client's goals and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, performance, content) to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like
    Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM systems
    .
  • Prepare regular reports and present
    performance insights and optimization recommendations
    .
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for
    upselling and cross-selling
    digital marketing services.
  • Handle client escalations and ensure quick resolution while maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Drive
    renewals, client retention, and satisfaction scores
    by consistently delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Support additional business objectives or initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in
    Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing channels
    — SEO, paid ads, social media, content, and branding.
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    .
  • Ability to
    manage multiple accounts
    and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in
    reporting and performance tools
    .
  • Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and relationship management skills.
