Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager located in Mysore. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing solutions to their concerns, managing customer accounts, and conducting follow-ups to identify areas for improvement. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective service and ensure the alignment of customer needs with company offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience in communication-related skills, such as effective verbal and written communication, active listening, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and systems, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop customer service strategies and manage customer satisfaction metrics
- Analytical skills related to identifying customer trends and opportunities
- Strong organizational skills for effective time and task management
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively with teams and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in customer service or client relationship management is highly desirable
- Knowledge of local language and culture is an advantage
