Job Description – Management Trainee (Wealth Management Division)

Location: Mysore

Experience: Fresher – 6 months

About the Role

FAAB Invest is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Trainee to support our Wealth Management division, with a strong focus on overseeing operations on the FAAB Invest App. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in the wealth & investment management domain.

Key Responsibilities1. Precious Metals Operations (FAAB App)

  • Monitor and coordinate day-to-day operations related to Precious metals transactions on the FAAB Invest app.
  • Track and verify customer purchases, redemptions, and transaction statuses.
  • Liaise with the client team for operational alignment, issue resolution, and process updates.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of daily transactions.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth functioning of the investment platform on the app.

2. Wealth Management Support

  • Assist the Wealth Management team in client coordination and portfolio-related tasks.
  • Support documentation activities related to financial investment products.
  • Handle basic queries related to investment products (training will be provided).
  • Maintain and update client data, transaction trackers, and MIS reports.

3. Customer Coordination

  • Help address customer concerns related to transactions on the app.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients & internal teams.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for internal review.
  • Ensure processes adhere to compliance and audit requirements.
  • Support the Wealth Management & Compliance teams in documentation and verification tasks.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
  • Basic understanding of finance/investments (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Good analytical and documentation skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets & basic reporting

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCom, BBM, MBA(Finance) or related fields preferred)
