Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mysore for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will foster and manage relationships with clients, provide expert guidance on financial products, and offer comprehensive support to streamline the home loan application and approval process. The individual will be responsible for promoting IKF Home Finance's offerings, exploring potential business opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through personalized service and effective communication with clients.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Financial Products, especially in the housing finance industry
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
  • Ability to work independently to meet sales targets and build lasting client trust
  • Experience in the housing finance or financial services sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
