
Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in commercial leasing or purchasing office spaces.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calling.
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options.
- Conduct site visits and presentations at the Global Business Hub premises.
- Negotiate lease or sale terms in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and admin teams for documentation and client onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records, reports, and updates regarding all interactions and deals.
- Provide market insights and feedback to management to improve offerings and client experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably commercial leasing or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
- Well-versed with the Pune commercial real estate market (Kharadi experience is a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
