Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in commercial leasing or purchasing office spaces.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calling.
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations at the Global Business Hub premises.
  • Negotiate lease or sale terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Coordinate with legal, operations, and admin teams for documentation and client onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM records, reports, and updates regarding all interactions and deals.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to management to improve offerings and client experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably commercial leasing or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
  • Well-versed with the Pune commercial real estate market (Kharadi experience is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and site visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
