Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on a B2C model with a strong emphasis on individual CXO clients. This role requires an exceptional communicator and strategist who is adept at working closely with high-level executives, ensuring that all aspects of our service delivery meet the highest standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
CXO Client Engagement:
- Develop and nurture relationships with CXO clients, understanding their unique profiles and needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, consistently providing updates and progress reports.
Service Delivery Management:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of service deliveries, ensuring they align with client expectations and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee that all deliverables are of the highest quality and are delivered punctually.
- Communication Excellence: Facilitate clear, concise, and effective communication channels with clients.
- Tailor communication style to suit the high-level and sophisticated nature of CXO clients.
Strategic Consultation:
- Offer insights and advice based on a deep understanding of each client's sector, challenges, and objectives.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of services, enhancing client satisfaction and engagement.
Feedback and Resolution:
- Systematically gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record in a Client Success, Account Management, or similar role within a B2C environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing CXO level clients.
- Superb communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of customer relationship management and service delivery.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to create and execute client success plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a luxury, high-touch service industry or similar.
- Familiarity with [specific tools or software relevant to the industry or role].
