Job Description:

My Travel Plans is looking for enthusiastic and experienced travel professionals to join our growing team

We are seeking candidates who have a strong background in the travel industry and a solid working knowledge of GDS systems—Amadeus preferred. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent sales skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages
  • Use Amadeus GDS to create and manage reservations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Meet sales targets and upsell travel products
  • Work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Stay up to date with travel regulations and destination knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the travel industry
  • Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (other GDS experience is a plus)
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual abilities
  • Certification in Travel or Tourism
  • Experience with B2C or group travel bookings
