Key Responsibilities

  • Understand clients' travel goals, budgets, and preferences through consultations.
  • Design and book tailored travel itineraries including flights, hotels, tours, and transport.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel documentation, insurance, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records using travel software and CRM tools.
  • Keep up with travel trends, visa policies, and product offerings to better serve clients.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for travel and knowledge of both popular and off-the-beaten-path destinations.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Speak multiple languages.
  • Have experience in luxury or niche travel markets.
