Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for daily travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, and handling customer service tasks. The role involves making reservations, providing travel management services, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of global travel destinations and travel regulations is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in Travel and Tourism will be beneficial
