About the Role

We are hiring an experienced
Air Ticketing Sales Consultant
for our
Canadian Air Ticketing Process
. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with
Amadeus GDS
, strong communication abilities, and the capability to handle ticketing queries, modifications, and airline-related support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound queries related to
    air ticketing sales
    for the Canadian market.
  • Create, modify, and manage flight reservations using
    Amadeus
    .
  • Provide accurate fare quotes, itineraries, reissues, exchanges, and cancellations.
  • Process ticket issuance, refunds, and schedule change adjustments as per airline guidelines.
  • Communicate airline policies, baggage rules, and fare conditions clearly to customers.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and meet performance metrics for the Canadian process.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of customer concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience
    in
    Air Ticketing / Travel BPO / GDS operations
    .
  • Mandatory experience with Amadeus GDS
    .
  • Strong communication skills in
    Hindi, English, and Punjabi
    (required for Canadian customer interactions).
  • Good understanding of international ticketing rules, fare concepts, and airline procedures.
  • Ability to manage customer queries efficiently and professionally.
