In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan, book, and manage their travel arrangements and while delivering exceptional customer service and personalized travel solutions. You'll use your knowledge of destinations and booking systems to create seamless travel experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to determine travel needs
  • Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, currency, weather, and local customs.
  • Tailor travel packages and create custom itineraries to meet client preferences.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, safety regulations, and promotions.
