We're currently hiring a motivated International Travel Consultant to support our night operations.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant with at least 7 years of experience handling international travel bookings and inquiries. This role requires working night shifts to serve clients across different time zones. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional travel support.

Responsibilities:

Arrange and manage international travel bookings including flights, hotels, transfers, and visas

Provide expert travel advice based on client preferences, budgets, and global travel conditions

Modify or cancel bookings per client requests, often on short notice

Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, to process reservations

Address client concerns and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism

Stay informed about international travel restrictions, airline policies, and COVID-related regulations

Coordinate with daytime teams to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of service

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a travel consultant or in a similar customer-facing travel role

Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or equivalent)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently during night shifts

Knowledge of international travel requirements (passports, visas, health protocols)

Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
