Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Expert to join our dynamic team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in travel sales, strong communication and convincing skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound travel sales inquiries professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and industry offers.
  • Maintain records of sales, client communications, and bookings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred in Travel & Tourism or related stream).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in travel sales.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with booking platforms.
