Job Title: International Air Ticketing Sales Executive (USA, Canada Route)

Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience Required: 1 year to 2 years in international air ticketing & GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused International Air Ticketing Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. If you have experience booking flights on GDS platforms and are passionate about international travel, especially between India and the USA, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flight Ticket Booking: Sell and manage international flight tickets, primarily for USA-bound travel, ensuring accuracy and timely reservations.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and professional support for inquiries, cancellations, changes, and refunds via phone, email, or in person.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on fare structures, promotions, routes, and airline policies for India–USA travel.
  • Reservation Management: Issue tickets and handle end-to-end booking using CRS and GDS platforms with precision.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals through lead generation and strategic upselling.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Guide clients on passports, visas, and legal travel requirements, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with travel agents, customer service, and support teams to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Professional Growth: Continuously enhance skills through workshops, webinars, and industry certifications.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year – 2 years of experience in international air ticketing and GDS platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and sales orientation.
  • Knowledge of U.S. travel procedures, visa requirements, and airline documentation preferred.
