CRM Executive (Fresher)

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic CRM Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to travel across India for client meetings, training sessions, or customer engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for client queries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM system) accurately.
  • Support sales and service teams with customer follow-ups, feedback collection, and coordination.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and communication material as required.
  • Participate in client visits, events, and on-site meetings across India.
  • Ensure timely communication and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and process efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel across India as per business requirements.
  • Professional, well-groomed, and confident personality.

Compensation
