As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of patient and sample-related information received from multiple fertility clinics in the U.S. into our internal systems. Your attention to detail will directly support the genetic testing process and help maintain data integrity across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage sample data – Accurately input and update patient and clinic data into internal platforms, ensuring completeness and adherence to quality standards.
- Support operational workflows – Collaborate with internal teams to verify and complete missing or unclear data related to test samples.
- Maintain data integrity – Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of sample and patient information.
- Communicate effectively – Coordinate with relevant departments in case of data issues or discrepancies that require clarification.
- Adhere to timelines – Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to meet turnaround time expectations for case processing.
Requirements (Educational and Professional Background)
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with experience in data entry or administrative support. Experience in healthcare or laboratory environments is a plus.
- Accuracy & Speed: High attention to detail and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently without loss of accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with internal systems, Microsoft Excel, and other data entry tools.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment.
- Languages: Good-level English for reading and interpreting data and forms.
