Customer Service Representative Role

This is a full-time on-site customer-facing position for a Call Center Customer Service Representative. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and provide product and service information
  • Troubleshoot problems and maintain customer records
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant departments

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in customer service, customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  2. Experience in handling customer experience and interacting with customer service representatives
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  6. High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
  7. Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
