Customer Care Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing an excellent customer experience across phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
 - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
 - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
 - Record and maintain detailed notes of customer interactions in the system.
 - Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
 - Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric approach at all times.
 - Meet quality and productivity targets set by the organization.
 
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
 - Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center preferred (freshers may also apply).
 - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
 - Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
 - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
