Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and providing an excellent customer experience across phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
  • Record and maintain detailed notes of customer interactions in the system.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric approach at all times.
  • Meet quality and productivity targets set by the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
  • Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center preferred (freshers may also apply).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
