Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Post-Sales and Marketing Representative** to join our growing team. This role will serve as the bridge between the sales process and ongoing client satisfaction. You will be responsible for supporting new clients after the sale, ensuring smooth onboarding, promoting retention strategies, and assisting with marketing initiatives to grow the business.
**Key Responsibilities:Post-Sales Support**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after initial service enrollment.
- Ensure successful onboarding of clients, coordinating with care teams to deliver services as promised.
- Follow up with clients regularly to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure ongoing service quality.
- Troubleshoot service issues and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families to foster trust and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
- Implement client retention programs and identify upselling opportunities based on client needs.
**Marketing Support**:
- Support local outreach initiatives, including health fairs, community events, and partnerships with medical providers or senior facilities.
- Gather client testimonials and success stories for promotional use.
**Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Work closely with the Sales, Clinical, and Administrative teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide regular reports on client satisfaction, service performance, and retention metrics to management.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing and client engagement strategies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
- Bonus pay
- Performance bonus
