**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Customer Support team. As a Customer Care Representative (Mix Process), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their queries efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide product/service information and support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
