high-performing Airbnb Sales Manager
who can lead our sales team, manage bookings, optimize revenue, and ensure top-notch guest satisfaction across all platforms.
Role Overview:
The
Airbnb Sales Manager
will oversee the performance of the Airbnb sales department — managing a team of executives, setting monthly targets, handling escalations, optimizing listings, and driving overall occupancy and revenue growth.
The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Airbnb sales team to meet monthly sales and occupancy goals.
- Handle VIP client inquiries and high-value bookings directly when needed.
- Manage and optimize property listings across Airbnb, , and other platforms.
- Develop pricing strategies to improve occupancy and revenue performance.
- Conduct daily team meetings, track performance, and implement sales improvement plans.
- Coordinate with the operations and guest support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze booking trends, prepare sales reports, and share insights with management.
- Ensure team adherence to communication standards, guest satisfaction metrics, and company policies.
- Train new team members on Airbnb procedures, CRM use, and guest-handling techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience
in Airbnb sales / hospitality sales / property management. - At least
1–2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of Airbnb platform tools, dynamic pricing, and guest communication.
- Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales and occupancy targets.
- Ability to manage pressure, multitask, and lead a night-shift sales environment.
