Job Description: Airbnb Operations & Sales Manager

Jalandhar, Punjab

Shift Timing:
7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift, Monday–Saturday)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic
Airbnb Operations & Sales Manager
to manage our vacation rental units in the USA from our India office. This role blends
operations management
with a
sales-driven approach
to maximize bookings, revenue, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day management of Airbnb listings and reservations.
• Coordinate guest check-ins/check-outs, reviews, and feedback.
• Ensure listings are updated with accurate pricing, availability, and descriptions.
• Manage housekeeping/maintenance vendors in the USA (remotely coordinating).
• Monitor property expenses, budgets, and profitability.

Sales & Business Growth:

• Develop strategies to increase bookings, occupancy rates, and revenue.
• Implement
  dynamic pricing
  tools and sales campaigns for Airbnb listings.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Drive
  upselling opportunities
  (longer stays, premium add-ons, services).
• Analyze competitor listings and suggest improvements in pricing & offerings.
• Work on
  marketing promotions
  (Airbnb boosts, social media tie-ups, partnerships).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality / Business / Sales (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience
  in Hospitality / Hotel / Airbnb / Sales role.
• Strong
  sales mindset
  with proven track record of hitting targets.
• Knowledge of Airbnb platform, channel managers, or PMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (English must be strong for USA guest handling).
• Analytical, with ability to work on pricing & occupancy optimization.
• Flexible for
  night shift (7 PM – 5 AM)
