Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of products to retailers, dealers, and distributors within the assigned territory.

  • Key Responsibilities:Visit hardware, plywood, and paint shops regularly to generate sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the office for order processing, payments, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Represent the company professionally and uphold brand reputation.
  • Required Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good product presentation and relationship-building ability.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
  • Knowledge of the local market (paint, hardware, plywood, or interior materials).
  • Basic understanding of sales reporting and customer follow-ups.
  • Eligibility:Minimum 1 years of experience in field sales.
  • Previous experience in Paint, Hardware, or Plywood industry preferred.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
