Job Description:
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building client relationships, promoting products and services, and identifying new market opportunities. The role requires a strong drive for results and the ability to build and maintain client loyalty within the assigned district.
- Sales Growth: Achieve ambitious sales targets by successfully onboarding new retailers and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with all clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Financial Institution Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, with a goal of onboarding a minimum of five new bank outlets.
- Product Promotion: Actively promote Alankit's products and services within your designated district to drive awareness and sales.
- Market Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sustained growth and increase market penetration in the territory.
