Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive for our construction company for Tally, accounts and taxation work.

Job Description: -

-Tally Entries (Tally Prime) and book keeping

-Accounting and Inventory management

-Documents and data preparation for GST, TDS, Balance sheets and profit/loss statements

-Analyse and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers

-Bank payments (NEFT, IMPS & Cheque) and manage all accounting transactions

-Preparing Invoices (E-Way Bill, E-Invoice and Tally Invoice)

-Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies

-Coordinate with Banks for Loan and BG work etc. Preparation of vouchers for site cash expenses

-Preparing Reports

-Filing and Documentation

Candidate should have minimum experience of 4 years in working on Tally Prime, GST and TDS data preparation, E-invoice and E-way bill, bank and paper work.

Salary 18000 to 25000
