Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a good understanding of finance principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and data entry.
  • Maintain books of accounts
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, GST filings, and TDS returns.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure timely documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments and clarifications.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
