 Account Executive

Location:
 Industrial Area , Phase 1 , Chandigarh

We are looking for a 
proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive
 to join our team. This role requires someone who is not only strong with numbers but also hands-on, willing to handle on-ground tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate 
    bookkeeping and accounting records
    .
  • Handle 
    GST filings, compliance, and returns
    .
  • Ensure adherence to 
    labour laws and statutory requirements
    .
  • Work on 
    Tally
     for day-to-day accounting.
  • Prepare and maintain reports in 
    MS Excel and Word
    .
  • Manage banking transactions, government office work, and client visits when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in 
    Tally, Excel, and Word
    .
  • Solid knowledge of 
    bookkeeping, GST, and labour law compliance
    .
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to take up field/runners' work (bank, govt. offices, client meetings).
  • Prior experience in accounting roles preferred.
