Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition.
- Identify and engage potential buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Sales Strategy & Targets.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to design better offerings.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
- Ensure high client satisfaction through timely follow-ups and professional communication.
- Project Promotion & Presentations.
- Conduct site visits, property tours, and project presentations.
- Promote residential and commercial projects through events, roadshows, and digital campaigns.
- Negotiation & Closure.
- Lead price negotiations and finalize deals.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and legal teams to ensure smooth closures.
- Market Research & Analysis.
- Study local real estate markets, pricing trends, and investment hotspots.
- Provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.
