SEO & Paid Ads Specialist (Meta + Google)

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist who can own organic growth and paid acquisition across multiple client accounts.
This is a hands-on execution role, not just planning. You will work closely with strategists, designers, and content teams to drive measurable traffic, leads, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities SEO (Primary Responsibility)
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
- Build and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies
- Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking
- Manage off-page SEO including backlinks, guest posts, and digital PR
- Perform SEO audits and fix technical issues (Core Web Vitals, indexing, redirects)
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Create clear monthly SEO reports with insights and next steps
Paid Ads (Meta + Google)
- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube)
- Set up conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, and platform pixels
- Optimise campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and conversions
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copies, and landing pages
- Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
- Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations
Tools You Should Be Comfortable With
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Google Tag Manager
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
- Keyword research & reporting tools
- CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in SEO and paid ads
- Strong understanding of search intent, funnels, and performance metrics
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and reporting skills
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Agency experience
- Experience in international markets (US, UK, GCC)
- Landing page CRO knowledge
- Basic understanding of email marketing and funnels
