About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist who can own organic growth and paid acquisition across multiple client accounts.

This is a hands-on execution role, not just planning. You will work closely with strategists, designers, and content teams to drive measurable traffic, leads, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities SEO (Primary Responsibility)

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Build and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking
  • Manage off-page SEO including backlinks, guest posts, and digital PR
  • Perform SEO audits and fix technical issues (Core Web Vitals, indexing, redirects)
  • Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs or SEMrush
  • Create clear monthly SEO reports with insights and next steps

Paid Ads (Meta + Google)

  • Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube)
  • Set up conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, and platform pixels
  • Optimise campaigns for CPL, ROAS, and conversions
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copies, and landing pages
  • Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
  • Keyword research & reporting tools
  • CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in SEO and paid ads
  • Strong understanding of search intent, funnels, and performance metrics
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and reporting skills

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Agency experience
  • Experience in international markets (US, UK, GCC)
  • Landing page CRO knowledge
  • Basic understanding of email marketing and funnels
