We’re looking for a skilled Paid Marketing Specialist to help grow our app through smart, results-driven marketing. If you have hands-on experience running ads on platforms like Google, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, and Shopify — and you know how to bring in real results, we want to talk to you.


What You Will Do


- Run and manage paid ads on Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, e-commerce platforms and other platforms.

- Set up campaigns, choose the right audiences, and manage budgets.

- Track performance and optimize campaigns to lower cost and increase results (installs, leads, or sales).

- Test different ad creatives, copies, and audiences to find what works best.

- Create simple reports to show what’s working and what needs improvement.

- Work with our team to make sure ads, landing pages, and messaging match.


Who We’re Looking For


- Someone with 3–5+ years of real experience in paid ads.

- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads (required).

- Bonus if you’ve handled marketing for apps, e-commerce, or Shopify brands.

- Comfortable reading data and making decisions based on numbers.

- Can manage campaigns independently without needing hand-holding.

- Good communication and accountability.


Nice to Have (Not required but helpful)


- Experience with international markets

- Experience with tracking tools like Google Analytics

- Experience running campaigns for apps
