We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and well-spoken Female Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is not a telecalling job — it's a strategic business role focused on building meaningful B2B relationships and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential interior design firms, contractors, and project execution companies online.
- Connect with key decision-makers such as Founders, Owners, Directors, and Project Leads through professional calls and emails.
- Present NY ESTILO's manufacturing capabilities and explore opportunities for collaboration or outsourcing.
- Schedule and coordinate factory visits or office meetings for the senior business development team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Represent NY ESTILO with professionalism and confidence in all communications.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with senior professionals.
- Strong research and networking abilities to identify and connect with the right companies.
- Prior experience in business development, client acquisition, partnerships, or the interior industry is preferred (not mandatory).
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Passion for the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Education: Any degree (graduate in any discipline).
